1. Adopt intelligent management system so as to ensure the 100%  safty and efficiency of the engine, and realize the remote monitor of  the genset operation.

2. The waste gas waste heat utilization system can make full use of  the high tepmerature wates gas heat. There is almost no emissions  of particulate matter. This is called the CCHP system which make the  total efficiency reaches 70%.

3. Mutipal lines of defense ensure the safty of transporting the gas.

A: We are factory.

Q2: How long is your delivery time?

A: 20-35 working days after getting the deposit.

Q3: What is your terms of payment ?
A: 30% T/T as deposit, 70% balance shall be paid before delivery. Or 100% irrevocable L/C at sight.

Q4: What is your warranty period?

A: 1 Year or 1000 Hours from the genset's delivery from the seller, subject to whichever comes first.

Q5: Do you offer OEM service?
A: Yes.

Q6: What after-sales service do you provide?
A: King power provides free technical support and spare parts during the warranty period. We can also provide support to the customers, if the customers need us to help fix the installation or commission, only charging the necessary fees. All life-span technical support on line can be offered freely.
