Warranty Period:One year or 1000hours from the genset's delivery from the seller, subject to whichever comes first.

Warranty maintenance content: the fault response time is 1 hour, arrived in  time to receive a call from a customer within 2 hours, no guarantee of service  centers 24 hours arrived at the customer site, the fault processing time to reach  the customer site on the day of the processing on the spot at that time. 2. Telephone follow-up service commissioner for monthly telephone  communication to all users, understand the machine usage, to provide users  with some good maintenance measures and records the user's every  suggestion or opinion, for the user to reflect the problem, timely report to  supervisor, and proposes the solution in the first place. 

3. Take the initiative to provide inspection, inspection content unit for the unit  operation and maintenance; Inspection way as the senior engineer the national  inspection, on-site inspection, on-site handling; Submit the results of inspection  report and treatment for the users and companies, and processing on the spot;  Inspection plans to set up user profiles, full tracking service; Inspection fee for  free.
